Joy to the World, the Lord has come

Let Earth receive her King!

The word joy is heard most often during the Christmas period as we wish each other great joy on a joyous occasion, and remind each other though the songs we sing, like Joy to the World, that Christ has come! 


Indeed, we are told in John 15:11 (NIV) by Christ:


I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. 


Christ has come to give us complete JOY. We need to remember that and we need to know that we should celebrate Christ and be joyful ALL THE TIME, and not just during the Christmas period.
